Seven barrier-free restrooms have been are installed with special "over-sized" toilet facilities that can accommodate wheelchairs. Between the competition venues and major functional rooms there are dumm drifts to assist visually impaired athletes to walk freely.

Seating specifically for people with a disability have been added, which can accommodate 20 people with a disability at one time.

A "talking" elevator has been installed in the north-east corner of the stadium to help assist visually impaired athletes.

Ramps for people with a disability are located throughout the facility. All doorways with steps will be equipped with ramp ways for the convenience of wheelchairs.

All 90 angle wall corners have been wrapped with soft materials with handrails added along stairs and ramps to ensure the security of people with a disability.
