(Beijing, April 18) On the third day of the "Good Luck Beijing" 2008 China Club Volleyball Tournament, the Bayi men's team achieved its third consecutive win by vanquishing Liaoning 3-1 this afternoon.

Both team fielded their best players in the match as the Bayi set the pace early, leading 16-11 at the second technical timeout and won the first set 25-23.

Liaoning played more aggressively in the second, leading 8-5 at the first technical timeout and 20-15 later in this set. Bayi cut the deficit to two points but still lost it 25-22.

Bayi regained its domination in the following two sets with powerful services, earning 25-20 and 25-17 for the victory.
