(Beijing, April 20) In the men's bronze match of the "Good Luck Beijing" 2008 China Club Volleyball Tournament held at the Capital Indoor Stadium today, Liaoning beat Henan 3-1 to earn the bronze.

Liaoning got off a good start to take the first set 25-22 and maintained the lead at the beginning of the second set, but Henan turned the tide soon to overtake Liaoning 13-12. Afterwards, the score was close throughout this set, eventually Henan won narrowly by 26-24.

In the third set, Henan dominated the court in the beginning, but Liaoning caught up after an adjustment. When the score was 11-12, Henan staged a run to lead by 16-12 at the second technical time-out. However, Liaoning took over the court afterwards and rallied to win 25-23.

At the beginning of the fourth set, Henan enjoyed a superiority still, but Liaoning equalized the score 16-16 after the second technical timeout. Afterwards, Liaoning staged a run at the critical moment to seal the victory 25-21.
